3. Non-Refundable Situations

- If you change your mind after the expert has started working on your assignment

4. Refund Amounts
The refund amount depends on when you request it and the circumstances:
4.1 Full Refund (100%): Before any work has started, or if we fail to assign an expert within 24 hours, or in case of duplicate payments.
4.2 Partial Refund (75%): If you cancel within the first 25% of the deadline and minimal work has been completed.
4.3 Partial Refund (50%): If you cancel after 25% but before 50% of the deadline, and substantial work is in progress.
4.4 Partial Refund (25%): If you cancel after 50% of the deadline, or if significant work has been completed but not delivered.
4.5 No Refund (0%): After work has been delivered and downloaded, or if the cancellation is due to your violation of our Terms of Service.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
